Fellas, Iggy Azalea is back on the market. The “Fancy” rapper has called it quits, ending her relationship with Los Angeles Lakers player Nick Young. “Unfortunately, although I love Nick and I have tried and tried to rebuild my trust in him—It’s become apparent in the last few weeks I am unable to,” said the Australian native in a post on Instagram. “I genuinely wish Nick the best.”

“It’s never easy to part ways with the person you planned you’re entire future with, but futures can be rewritten and as of today mine is a blank page,” she later said in the message published on Sunday (Jun. 19). The news comes one year after getting engaged, but recently Nick Young’s infidelity came into question after the NBA guard was caught in a cheating scandal after video surfaced of the 31-year-old speaking about an encounter with another woman.
“I’m still figuring it all out…I think last year, the year that I had, has kind of taught me maybe it’s best to just wait until it’s like a little more past tense before you kind of speak about necessarily how you feel about something,” Azalea said during an appearance on The Bert Show, speaking on the status of their relationship.
Back in March of this year, Iggy revealed to Ryan Seacrest that the couple had postponed their wedding plans.
Iggy Azalea and Nick Young had been together since 2011.

Damn! We almost feel sorry for Aussie import Iggy Azalea, who just can’t seem to catch a break these days. Shrugs. The costs of fame. Well whatever we call it, its safe to say this isn’t Igg’s week. Aside from her having to combat claims of being married to ex-boyfriend and Houston rapper, Hefe Whine who claims the two were common law married according to the state of Texas. So aside from Iggy’s recent fight with a paparazzo during her midnight grocery run, as well as avoiding her exes attempt for a money grab, now Iggy is the butt of Snoop’s “Insta Slam”.
Well with all the drama going on, naturally Iggy was a little tight when she saw Uncle Snoop taking shots at her online. Iggy was definitely pressed behind Snoop’s unwarranted comments.Either way, Snoop doesn’t seem to bothered by Igg taking offense to joke. See photo that sparked drama below.
Iggy Azalea is fuming! Over the weekend, Snoop posted a picture of an albino-looking woman with cornrow braids, captioned: “Iggy Azalea no make up.”
Ouch! Iggy caught wind of Snoop’s posted and decided to put him on blast for being “mean”, questioning Snoop’s motives.
On Monday (October 13) she took to Twitter saying, “Why would you post such a mean pic on insta when you send your body guards to ask me for pictures every time we are at shows.”
The “Fancy” rapper added, I’m disappointed you’d be such an ass for no reason.”
The tweets clearly hasn’t phased Snoop, because the picture is still up (check gallery above).
Iggy has since deleted her tweets.
Iggy Azalea vs. Snoop Dogg? Probably not, but I’m sure this isn’t over.

Nicki Minaj closed out the 2014 BET Awards with a bang. Although Jay Z and Beyonce’s performance was supposed to be the grand finale, there’s no doubt that Nicki’s acceptance speech for Best Female Hip-Hop Artist took the cake. After firing shots at all “rappers” who don’t write their own rhymes, the girl from Queens beasted her speech like a true New Yorker. However, the Internet turned her speech into a “Iggy Azalea diss,” and Nicki wasn’t too happy about it.
UPDATE: Iggy Azalea took to Instagram with a note giving her thoughts on Nicki’s speech at the BET Awards. Read after the jump.

Iggy Azalea’s Statement:
“This is my mind state about everything & the only time I’m ever going to refer to this again so go nuts guys, Enjoy it. Ps. If you squint exxxtra hard you can see tiny elves having illuminati meetings between the lines in my notes app too.
I have to say the general explosion of pettiness online in the last few days is hard to ignore & honestly…lame
If I had won the BET award that would’ve been great but it wasn’t my year & I don’t mind – so you shouldn’t either. Generally speaking I’m unbothered by anything that ‘happened’ at the BET awards and just feel worn out by everyone trying to make me have wars with people all the time.
Anyone who wishes me well is welcome in my life & those who don’t can’t get any more of my time. I hate to see everyone exhausting themselves on my behalf over things that I’m still not 100% sure even exist & don’t matter. just let it go.”
The 2014 BET Awards lineup keeps getting hotter. With three days left until the 14th annual show begins live from the Nokia Theatre LIVE in Los Angeles, more artists have been announced as performers.
